Beloved Patients,
Thank you so much for hanging in there during this weird time of changes. We wanted to reach out and let you know what we have been doing during this time. I know I've put a few check in videos, but hopefully this will be the last correspondence during the shutdown.
1. We have undergone construction in the office to remodel and install washers and a dryer at the office to handle disinfection even more closely. I wanted to ensure the utmost sterility to even our outer garments.
2. We have done an entire overhaul of policies and procedures to ensure efficiency. With new regulatory guidelines, several things will be different. However, we want it to be seamless, easy, and efficient when you visit the office. We are here devoted to providing you the best dental care and experience that we can possibly deliver. Taking the time to do additional training and implementing these new protocols has been exciting. We hope that you are also encouraged by the new systems and communication available. We want to stay ahead of the curve of cutting-edge dentistry as well as all other means that provide you wonderful care and attention to detail. You are important to us and we value you and want to give you the best.
3. Personal Protective Equipment is still delayed and is planned to arrive in the next two weeks. We have decided to move the start day from June 1st to June 8 to accomplish our final upgrades and preparation to serve you to the best of our abilities.
4. Rescheduling procedures will be systematic moving forward. We encourage you to reach out to the office through response to this email or by calling if your last visit was during this transition time. Those who have an appointment on June 8th and on, you can expect a confirmation message. Expect more communications than in the past because we will be moving to a virtual waiting room for the time being. We will be publishing a video showing you an example of the new office visit procedure, so everyone can understand, and we can set expectations.
We sincerely thank you for understanding the efforts we are putting in place are truly for your benefit. We are excitedly and anxiously awaiting your smiling faces. I wish I could hug you each, but unfortunately, we will have to elbow bump or "air hug." Just the thought of getting to be back doing what I love puts such a giant smile on my face. Providing for your dental needs is such a passion of mine and keeping it at bay for 3 months has been such a challenge. Here's to the future- in hopes this NEVER happens again.
